Your thing about how what Nick wanted of Kinja was really just Twitter reminds me of how we wanted little two or three line blurbs from bloggers to be a key part of True/Slant and how I pitched the same idea in a memo for a digital editing job at The New Yorker in 2008. We all just wanted Twitter.
